All Warrantied items must have an RA# (Return Authorization Number) and original receipt or service will be refused.
All Returned items must be called in first for a receipt verification and an RA# (Return Authorization Number).

Any item returned without an original receipt and an RA# will automatically be returned and service will be refused. Help Me Help You. Please save your receipt and call for an RA#.
Any and All returns with both receipt and RA# (Return Authorization Number) will be serviced immediately and we will contact the customer via-Email within 24 hrs. and provide a turn around date.
Any Item(s) Returned Because of Receiver Not In will have the original shipping expenses apply.
